Abstract

The article describes the transformation of the model of the Russian University related to the transition to the higher school level system. The main indicators of modern education are competencies and learning outcomes as a means to express the level of competence. This problem was investigated in a study conducted by the author in several cities in the North-West and Volga Federal Districts. The article presents some results of the implementation of education reform in the Russian regions.
