The translation from German into Russian of the second review of L. von Wiese on “Social and Cultural Dynamics” of the Russian-American sociologist P.A. Sorokin from the journal «Archiv fuer Rechts- und Sozialphilosophie» (1937/38). The review covers the second and third volumes of “Dynamics”.
