Возвращение гендерного дисплея и натурализация тела в соревновательном бодибилдинге

Аннотация

В статье представлены результаты исследования гендерного дисплея в соревновательном бодибилдинге. Исследование проведено на основе наблюдения соревнований СЗФО по бодибилдингу в Санкт-Петербурге c 13 по 15 октября в 2016 г. и анализа правил соревнования Федерации по бодибилдингу и фитнесу России. Соревнования по бодибилдингу представляют собой «конкурс на лучшее телосложение, достигнутое с помощью занятия спортом», однако в правилах соревнований имеются определенные критерии фемининности для женщин и маскулинности для мужчин. В 2011 и в 2012 г. были введены номинации «фитнес-бикини» для женщин и «пляжный бодибилдинг» для мужчин. Данные номинации включают в себя более явно выраженную демонстрацию гендерного дисплея во время соревнований. В России с 2014 по 2016 г. число участников этих категорий на чемпионате России выросло более чем в 3 раза. Целью исследования является анализ того, как происходит изменение телесных образов в соревновательном бодибилдинге и чем этом может быть объяснено. Согласно результатам исследования, новые номинации пользуются спросом, потому что они привносят более явную презентацию гендерного дисплея на сцене соревнования, в отличие от других номинаций, где подобная презентация была сведена к минимуму. Также данные номинации подразумевают более «естественные» и физически здоровые модели тела, которым хотят соответствовать выступающие спортсмены.
