Драматичная, неуправляемая и повествующая: организация сквозь призму нарративного анализа
Аннотация
В рамках сложившегося представления об организациях как о сформировавшихся и статичных целостностях изменения зачастую рассматриваются как переход от менее желательных к более желательным формам. Но если допустить, что организация процессуальна и непрерывна, ее границы сразу окажутся под вопросом, а у исследователя появится веский повод привлечь для анализа дискурс, этнометодологию, драматургию, а также истории. Истории и нарративы множественны, контекстуальны, и помимо содержания в них важны рассказчик и процесс рассказывания.Литература
