Концепция адаптивной способности: обзор социологических теорий адаптивных и институциональных изменений

Abstract

Термины «адаптация» и «адаптивная способность» (или «адаптивные возможности») родились первоначально в экологической науке и прежде всего относятся к понятию пищевых цепей и защищенности от рисков вымирания. Позже они стали применяться во многих дисциплинах, в том числе в работах по менеджменту, изучению организаций, изменению политики. Эти труды редко рассматривались, сравнивались или сопоставлялись с тем, чтобы выявить, чем они могли бы быть полезны для понимания адаптивности. Целью данной работы было свести воедино социологические подходы, которые занимаются вопросами институциональной адаптации и в которых обсуждается их применимость к компонентам адаптивных возможностей. В данной работе будет рассматриваться взаимосвязь между новым негосударственным управлением и адаптивными возможностями существующих институтов в области природных ресурсов.
