Новые подходы к анализу трансграничных общественных движений в условиях глобализации

Аннотация

В статье анализируется то, как НПО и общественные движения пытаются воздействовать на ядра глобального дизайна с целью трансформации разрабатываемых ими практик и дизайнов. Анализ показывает, что одни и те же организации могут играть в разных ситуациях роль общественного движения и НПО. Они мобилизуют население на акции прямого действия, потребительские бойкоты и пр., а в других ситуациях разрабатывают в ядрах глобального дизайна альтернативные решения, способствующие устойчивому развитию в локальностях по всему миру. Таким образом, гражданское общество фактически становится создателем правил, действующих в ранге глобальных законов. Тем самым оно в какой-то мере восполняет отсутствие всемирных наднациональных законодательных систем.
