Транснациональные сети управления в лесном секторе: ядра глобального дизайна, форумы переговоров, места реализации
Аннотация
В статье дается анализ сетей транснационального многоакторного управления лесами. К этим сетям мы относим прежде всего ядра глобального дизайна и координации, форумы, являющиеся переговорными площадками, где происходит обсуждение и выработка решений, и места реализации продуктов, разработанных ядрами дизайна и форумами. В ядрах дизайна информация, поступившая из мест применения и с форумов, обобщается и операционализируется, вырабатываются новые глобальные нормы и правила, отвечающие требованиям меняющегося контекста. Эти стандартные правила спускаются к местам их применения, где под воздействием местного контекста и факторов, способствующих и препятствующих их реализации, становятся конкретными практиками.Литература
