Аннотация

Статья посвящена историко-социологической реконструкции и критическому рассмотрению теории договорного порядка, предложенной А. Строссом для исследования организаций. В работе проводится анализ центрального понятия данной перспективы — понятия «переговоров»; выделяются основные концептуальные связи с исследованиями символических интеракционистов; рассматриваются объяснительные возможности теории договорного порядка применительно к некоторым организационным феноменам; анализируются основные ограничения данного подхода для исследования организаций.
